EARLY CLOSURE 9/26/24: The Okaloosa County Clerk's office will be closing at 12:00 noon on Thursday 9/26/24, due to the impending inclement weather. At this time, we plan to re-open regular business hours on Friday, 9/27/24. All morning court will proceed as scheduled. All afternoon court proceedings will be rescheduled, however, Pretrial Detention Hearings before Judge Gontarek set for Thursday at 12:30 will also proceed as scheduled.
