We are pleased to announce the return of Ojai Food + Wine from March 13 - 16, 2025! The four-day epicurean event features more than 100 top chefs and personalities along with some of the most revered wineries from around the world. Presented by FOOD & WINE, the lineup is loaded with a talented all-star cast of Michelin and James Beard awardees, master sommeliers, hospitality thought leaders, and future legends of the food and wine universe. Tickets will be available beginning November, 2024.

Yesterday, we hosted our July Wellbeing initiative, Laughter Yoga, led by wellbeing instructor Mary Avila. This session was designed to help our associates manage stress and improve mood. In this team-building session, we combined laughter exercises with movement, eye contact, and deep breathing to connect, unwind, and let go. We look forward to continuing our wellness initiative next month to support our team's overall wellbeing!

This month, we hosted our Associate Beekeeping & Honey Tasting experience, giving our team a unique opportunity to spend 'a day in the life' of an apiarist. This team-building activity not only deepened our associates' connection with the Ojai Valley but also strengthened the bonds within our team. We are excited to continue our associate-focused wellness program throughout the year, fostering both personal and professional growth.

Earlier this month, we hosted our first Golf Tournament of 2024, with all proceeds going to Helping Hands, our associate financial assistance fund for associates experiencing financial difficulties and/or emergency. We had a wonderful day with our colleagues, friends, and families at our beloved golf course. A special congratulations to Joshua Dowell, Victor Alvarez, Cord Morison, and Jason Dowell for taking first place at the tournament!
