PRADCO is proud to present the public sector Women in Leadership program through our partnership with National PELRA. This initiative is designed to help women identify their value, influence others with authentic leadership, and develop strategies to confidently lead their teams to achieve greater success. This four-month program enhances participants’ leadership skills to improve organizational results.
