This transformative project marks a significant step in MDCR’s mission to provide a modern, safe, and dignified environment for inmates and staff. Designed to foster rehabilitation, the facility will improve connections to family, legal resources, education, and healthcare services, taking a holistic approach to inmate care and support. We recently celebrated the topping-out of the Clara Bay Harbor Apartments, an exciting development nestled at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive. ?? As part of the #OHLABuilding team, we’re proud to provide Preconstruction and Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for this soon-to-be vibrant rental community.????????? ? Clara Bay Harbor is perfectly positioned between the iconic Bal Harbour Shops and Miami's Indian Creek, offering residents unparalleled convenience. Imagine stepping outside your door and being minutes away from the pristine Atlantic Ocean or enjoying world-class shopping and dining experiences. Clara Bay Harbor will encapsulate a modern, dynamic ambiance of luxury apartments, many of which come with views of the beautiful Biscayne Bay, and all of which with individual private terraces. Framed by sleek architecture and modern design, the Project will seamlessly integrate with the iconic neighborhood in which it resides, while also being part of a master-planned development, harmonizing each property by way of shared amenities.

As the new school year begins, we’re excited to showcase one of our latest projects: Coral Gables Senior High School! ?? OHLA Building had the privilege of providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for this incredible renovation. Enhancements included campus-wide cosmetic upgrades,?additional parking, exterior windows, upgraded student restrooms,?and upgrades to science labs. Electrical upgrades have been made along with the installation of additional security cameras and fire alarm upgrades, all designed to provide students and staff with a modern, safe, and vibrant learning environment. This month, #OHLAUSA has reached an important milestone on our South Corridor Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project in Miami!?We have successfully delivered the first four BRT stations to our client, the Department of Transportation and Public Works. The substantial completion of these initial stations sets a solid foundation for the project’s next phases. ? The milestone also marks a significant step toward enhancing public transportation in the Miami-Dade community.?The project will facilitate faster and more reliable bus service for residents and visitors alike. ? A huge thank you to everyone involved. In our industry, every achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of all team members. The South Corridor project members’ collective efforts and expertise have brought us to this point. ? About the South Corridor BRT Project This signature assignment features many unique elements including the construction of 14 bus stations, rehabilitation of 32 bus stops, and improvements to 46 intersections along a 20-mile-long right of way.?OHLA USA’s vertical construction division, OHLA Building, was responsible for managing the construction of the 645-space park-and-ride garage, a major focal point of the project.? ?
