A highlight of the meeting was learning about Ohio's AI in Education Coalition:AI Strategy. It's inspiring to see how technology is being leveraged to prepare students and educators for the future. aiEDU.org is ready to build on our work in Ohio! ???? Today we’re excited to share a grant from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and an ongoing partnership with the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) that will propel AI Literacy and AI Readiness across the state. This will work include continuing our deep work in the state, which began in May 2020 with a pilot program in Akron Public Schools . Since then, aiEDU has hosted numerous statewide summits for teachers and school system leaders. That work continues — along with additional professional development and work to build AI Readiness.
