As of November 18, 2024, Commercial Driver’s License and Commercial Learner’s Permit holders with a “prohibited” status in FMCSA’s CDL Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse will lose their commercial driving privileges until the driver completes the return-to-duty process ?? .
