The Ohio Digital Academy seeks to create an IT workforce pipeline by training and employing early entrants to the industry and setting you on a path for a successful career in high demand fields. With a three-year service commitment to the State of Ohio, you will immediately earn $25 an hour, attend an intensive four-week tech bootcamp in your chosen field, and receive: ·???Tuition or loan reimbursement of $20,000 or $40,000. ·???Access to quality, competitive benefits as an employee of the State of Ohio. ·???$4,500 annually for industry certifications and professional development. ·???On-the-job training and mentorship opportunities from industry professionals. ·???Private or public sector job opportunities upon completion of ODA program. https://lnkd.in/ewTV_Qy
