Ohioans is thrilled to welcome Dr. Katheryn Smolen as our Hospice Medical Director! With 27 years of experience caring for patients, including 16 in hospice, she brings incredible knowledge, compassion, and dedication to our team. When asked why she chose Ohioans, Dr. Smolen shared her excitement about being part of a program that truly cares—not just for patients, but for employees too. Outside of work, she loves traveling and spending time with her husband and two children. Welcome to the team! #OhioansProud

Through the Kinship Support Program at the Wood County Educational Services Center, we had the privilege of giving back to grandparents raising their grandchildren. Thanks to the generosity of our staff, friends, and community, we were able to donate five Ohioans' cars filled with laundry baskets packed with toiletries and non-perishable food! As a Marketing Coordinator at Ohioans Home Healthcare, you will be helping patients successfully transition home by researching and pursuing new referral sources while maintaining relationships with existing contacts and by calling on Healthcare Facilities, Physician Groups, and Clinics in order to generate home care referrals.
