Meet Tom Hackstedde, the Director of IT and Operations!?? ?? In February, Tom will celebrate 30 years with OHIO811. He started his journey with us in the mapping department and has since demonstrated admirable leadership and his hands-on problem-solving approach. In March 2022, Tom was promoted as Director of IT and Operations, where his expertise has further advanced the organization’s technology, cybersecurity, and excavation notification platforms. Outside of work, Tom enjoys watching sports at all levels and is a passionate supporter of Cleveland teams, OSU, and YSU. He also treasures time spent with family and friends.
