Meet Kelly Peck, the Manager of Member Services. She is our longest tenured employee withstanding 41 years! Kelly’s journey began as a Customer Service Representative. While being a CSR, she helped create the mapping databases and established the Member Services department. Her eagerness to learn and drive to be involved has left a lasting impact on OHIO811. In 2021, Kelly transitioned solely to the Membership Department, where she registers members and handles various databases to set up the notifications notifying the underground facilities and the people working around them. Aside from her fast-paced life, she loves to go camping, host bonfires and spend time with family and friends.
