Join us on Wednesday, March 12th, for a session on Overcoming Decision Fatigue! In our next group coaching session, we will explore decision fatigue – how it occurs, how to recognize it, and strategies to reduce its impact. Decision fatigue happens when constant decision-making drains our mental energy, leading to poor or impulsive choices. By understanding its toll, we can implement systems that enable us to make more intentional, aligned decisions with less stress and greater clarity. This event is open to all MSM students. Join us Thursday, February 13th, for a Fireside Chat featuring Dr. Shalando Jones, a renowned public speaking coach! Dr. Jones specializes in workplace communication and has taught public speaking and communication courses as an instructor. In this session, "The Talk Across Time: Connecting Generations Through Communication," she will explore the nuances of intergenerational communication. She helps professionals "learn to be heard in the workplace" and will share strategies for fostering a healthy, collaborative work culture. This event is open to all MSM students.
