Ohio State Research Commons

Hello all! Welcome to the official LinkedIn page for the Research Commons at The Ohio State University. The Research Commons is a reserved space on the 3rd floor of the 18th Avenue Library for graduate students, postdoctoral students, and faculty to collaborate and engage with programming in support of the research lifecycle. We offer research support services and a venue for exploring collaborative, interdisciplinary, and emerging research methods. Our focus areas include Research Data, Funder Data Management, Data Visualization, Digital Humanities, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Research Impact. Our space includes reservable small project rooms, a conference room with hybrid conferencing capability, and several large spaces dedicated to brainstorming, digital visualization, and workshop presentations. This page will be used to promote events being hosted at the Research Commons, make the university community more aware of our services and, per LinkedIn tradition, to share any new career opportunities of the individuals this space is dedicated to.
