Founded in 1962, the Ohio State Evans Scholars is currently based on E. 16th Ave in Columbus, Ohio. Over 70 scholars currently reside in the Hamilton House, pursuing degrees in various majors from the Ohio State University. The Evans Scholarship is a full tuition and housing college scholarship for high-achieving golf caddies with limited financial means. To qualify, caddies must meet the requirements of having a strong caddie record, excellent academics, demonstrated financial need and outstanding character.
