I have been in the behavioral health field for over 5 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am currently working on my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Working in the behavioral health field means that I get to make a difference in people's lives and help those struggling such as other have helped me during my own mental health struggles."

The Marsh Foundation Equine Program serves at risk youth to help them gain confidence, build trust, and learn interpersonal life skills through hands-on activities with horses. Every day here is a blessing and I am in awe of the staff and clients that I get to work with. They are the best!??After battling addiction for almost 17 years, I found sobriety and an undeniable passion to serve this community. I??obtained my Peer Support Certification and my CDCA and set out to find a job in this field and found a home at ORC. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to give back and watch some amazing people get their life back!"

Meet Alexis! "I have been working at ORC since November 1st, 2022 as an LPN. In my almost two years of working at ORC I have got to meet some amazing people who have made a true impact on my life. I love my job at ORC because I am a float shift nurse so I not only get to witness patients when they first come in, but also witness the improvements they make and watch them find themselves again. My favorite part about my job is celebrating the small victories with patients that they never thought they would get to celebrate, like a clean drug screen. Whether the patient is a SUD patient or a mental health patient, they still continue to grow every single day and find a new hobby or new coping mechanisms to help them. Being an LPN at ORC has truly been a life changing experience for me and I look forward to the many years I plan to work here and grow with the company."
