At the Ohio Lottery, we’re optimistic, innovative, and fun. We’ve been bringing fun lottery games to Ohioans for more than 40 years, all the while raising money in support of education in Ohio. The Ohio Lottery Commission was created in May 1973 by a voter-approved constitutional amendment. Today, the Ohio Lottery has grown to offer customers a variety of games including scratch offs, Keno, instant win and monitor games and the jackpot games Mega Millions, Powerball, Pick 3, Pick 4 and Pick 5, Rolling Cash 5 and Classic Lotto. We have a game for every player at over 9,100 licensed retail locations and seven racinos across the state. Operating entirely on revenue from game sales, the Ohio Lottery has generated over $29 billion for education in Ohio since 1974. Learn more about the Ohio Lottery at www.ohiolottery.com. Congratulations to our BravOH! Employee of the Month, Megin Reinhart! Megin went above and beyond her job duties during the expansion of the Super Retailer program. She volunteered to visit all ten Super Retailers in the Toledo region to provide them with a thorough overview of the program. Megin took printed manuals, went through the process from start to finish, talked about the importance of CPI, and how to handle situations that may arise. All of the Super Retailers were grateful that Megin came to teach them the process. Way to go, Megin!

Congratulations to our BravOH! Employee of the Month, Susan Diamond, Responsible Gambling. Susan was nominated for ensuring that the Lottery Commission received full credit for $84,000 in overbilled charges she discovered for work done on the Timeout Ohio program. Her insistence that the billing agency research the charges led to the discovery that the Lottery Commission was in fact overcharged. Susan’s commitment, dedication and tenacity are traits that make her an invaluable employee. Congratulations, Susan!
