The OBL Annual Business Meeting was held today and we would like to congratulate Jenny Saunders, Division President at FCBank, for being elected as the 2025 OBL Chair. Jenny is the embodiment of leadership and the OBL looks forward to next year under her direction. In Jenny’s remarks she encouraged everyone to be involved in advocacy, telling the room that “we are the change.” Additionally, Jenny spoke on the importance of women asking for leadership roles, not waiting around to be asked. She also thanked her incredible team, many of which were able to join us today.

Yesterday we had 40, yes 40 Learning Tracks as part of our OBL Main Event! These tracks were led by expert facilitators in their field. It was an incredible day of learning that ended with the Ohio BankPAC silent auction, raising money for a great cause. Today we kicked off with our opening session by Sam Maule talking about mindset. He had the crowd laughing, engaged and taking notes!
