The Offutt School of Business (OSB) Mentorship program pairs students with alumni business professionals in their chosen area of study. Matches are determined by Alumni Relations, who work to find the most relevant alumni pairing for students! The OSB mentorship program is open to any OSB student, as well as our legacy programs like Health Care Leadership. Students and Cobber alumni mentors meet monthly to foster professional development and give students a glimpse of real-world application of their education to their potential future employment and community leadership.
