A time when we pay attention to the multiple working hours (not always paid), the lack of respect and harassment that still exist. And for us women, it's a time to remember how capable and incredible we are, even living in a society that doesn't validate us. I admire and am inspired by many women, especially women in music. But, being more general, and if I had to choose one, I would say it’s Dilma Rousseff.
