Today, the world gets its first look at the future of IPMA-HR. HR professionals have experienced plenty of transformation in recent years leading to fresh expectations and new challenges. As the association supporting public sector HR professionals, we’ve been forced to evaluate our position and reassess how HR might develop. This led to an important, and necessary, decision. So, we’re excited to announce a bold step forward for our organization. IPMA-HR is now the Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA), empowering public sector HR professionals to create better places to work for those who serve the public good. We prepare our members with insights and education. We push our industry forward with intention, action, and collaboration. Our refreshed mission and vision for the future will drive innovation and improve our working world.
