mentalists are wild. Last week Flowly had the pleasure of hosting a private Mentalist Show with our health plan friends at Medicarians in Vegas. We had one of the top Mentalists in America (invited to perform on Fox, NCB, America's Got Talent) bring the magic to an intimate group of health plan leaders in the new Vegas property Fontainbleau's Panorama Suite. I was kind of mind blown (he somehow "hypnotized" someone in the group to solve a rubik's cube behind her back when she's never done so before)?? Anyways thank you to our friends at WellCare Health Plans, WPS Health Solutions, Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Priority Health for drinking in the magic with us, and our wonderful cohost Hank! I love this Hero’s advice to new Flowly heroes in our app's forum because it’s something that we coach to everyone who joins our program: trust the process and keep showing up day after day! there are days when a hero's pain is more bearable and days when it’s not. that’s the reality of living with #chronicpain - but fostering a collective intelligence in our community allows us to engage in more tools, tips, and ways of managing and recovering from pain we couldn't do alone. ?? xin nian kuai le??? This year, the year of the dragon represents positive qualities such as power, strength, luck, and wisdom. But wisdom doesn’t come without experience and hardship. This time last year, I was unpacking my emotions and feelings brought about by the monterey park shooting while wrestling with questions on where to take Flowly amidst all the recession and economic news. While 2023 might’ve started off with questions, I’m starting 2024 with better clarity on where we’re going. This confidence couldn’t have happened without all the events (and endless layovers) that happened in the past 12 months. Some highlights last year include my talk at Harvard Business School, leading a nervous system workshop for female Chefs across the country, and flying across the country to talk to health plans and providers.
