We’re excited to share that our 91-unit apartment project with LA Family Housing has broken ground!?Located in Van Nuys, this is a motel conversion straight to permanent supportive housing, which consists of 41 motel rooms remodeled and upgraded to studio apartments, as well as a ground up 3-story building with 50 additional?studio apartments.?Expected completion at the end of 2025!
