The OSBC team joined the NMLS Conference in Atlanta in mid-February. The conference brings state regulators, industry members, and Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) reps together to discuss a wide array of topics related to mortgage, consumer credit, money transmission, and debt regulation. Our very own Jim Payne, MBA, led the NMLS Ombudsman meeting on Feb. 13, 2025, covering a variety of issues raised by industry members.
