More than 90 fifth-grade students from La Costa Heights Elementary visited the Secretary of State's office to advocate for the CA Inclusive Playgrounds Act—a student-driven initiative which has been instrumental in teaching them about inclusivity, government, accessibility, and civic engagement. ????
