Office Meet Yoga (OMY) is a team of seasoned yogis ready to bring mindfulness and yoga classes to you, when and where you need them most: at work or at your next conference. Because we do yoga and because we want to offer the perfect classes for your team. That could mean any combination of the following OMY specialities. ALL-LEVELS YOGA Total newbies and seasoned yogis alike enjoy our all-levels classes. We’ll cover neck and shoulders, hip openers, legs, core and balance—a little bit of everything for everyone. There’s nothing we love more than converting a yoga skeptic or a shy newcomer who’s worried about looking weird in downward dog. We believe everyone looks perfect doing yoga. GYM-LESS YOGA No gym at your office? No problem. We do yoga in conference rooms, lobbies, hallways — you name it. We’ll tour your facilities to help you scout a good location. Sometimes there’s room available at a nearby office too. Hello, neighbor! DESK YOGA It’s true. You can do some powerful and transformative yoga right at your desk or table. We lead groups of all sizes and work with the space and props available right where you sit or in a nearby conference room. No clothing change required. CONFERENCE & SPECIAL EVENTS YOGA Off-site yoga sessions can be the highlight of group retreats, team-building gatherings, conferences and executive meetings. Yoga and mindfulness sessions are the perfect way to reward attendees and partners, show you care, build solidarity and add healthy movement to conferences and other extended events. MINDFULNESS AND BREATH WORK A powerful complement to yoga, our mindfulness classes use guided centering techniques to create deep mental stillness. Our certified mindfulness instructors help even the busy bees slow down to achieve deep relaxation and tranquility while tapping hidden reserves of creativity, concentration and emotional freedom.

Practice Mindfulness and Meditation: ? Techniques like mindfulness and meditation can help you stay present and reduce anxiety while increasing self awareness. ? Spend a few minutes each day in quiet reflection, focusing on your breathing while observing your mind and body, without judgement or attachment. 3. Get Adequate Sleep: ? Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. ? Establish a regular sleep routine and create a restful environment by keeping your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool. ? Track your sleeping hours so you know how much sleep a night you are getting. 4. Maintain a Healthy Diet: ? Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store.? ? Avoid excessive caffeine, sugar, and processed foods, which can contribute to stress and fatigue. 5. Stay Connected with your Tribe: ?     Five tips to help you achieve and maintain a work/life balance: 1. Practice self care: Incorporate activities that promote relaxation and well-being such as exercise, hobbies, yoga, mindfulness and meditation as well as getting a good nights sleep (7+ hours) and healthy eating. 2. Set clear boundaries: get clear on your work hours and stick to them. Do not check emails outside of work hours and make sure to communicate these boundaries to colleagues and family so everyone is on board with the boundaries you've set. 3. Prioritize what is important: productivity is getting the most important tasks done consistently. Choose 1-3 things a day that are high priority and focus on them. Delegate the rest and use to-do lists and productivity management apps to help you stay organized. 4. Unplug and take breaks: our nervous system needs breaks throughout the day (breaks will help you sleep better too). Schedule regular breaks throughout the workday (5-15 minutes) to recharge. Make sure to disconnect from work devices and activities during non-work hours. 5. Communication and extra support: when feeling overwhelmed, seek support from friends, family and professional networks.
