Last week, I had the chance to attend #SEAHO2025—making new connections and reuniting with so many people who shaped who I am, both professionally and personally. I started my career at Eastern Kentucky University and I always joke that EKU was just a “practice interview.” While that may have felt true at the time, the real practice was watching and learning from the incredible leaders who set the standard for what great leadership looks like (and let me tell you, that bar has been set high). The people I worked with didn’t just teach me about student housing; they showed me the power of mentorship, teamwork, and always showing up for others. Seeing so many familiar faces last week was a full-circle moment. EKU built the foundation for the work I do today, and I’ll always be grateful for this incredible group. ???? My father was a refugee from Vietnam and ended up in Philadelphia as a child. As we all know, if you are raised in #Philly - you bleed green for life and my pops has always rooted for the Philadelphia Eagles. One of the first Super Bowls I remember watching was in 2005 when the Patriots beat the Eagles 24-21. In 2018, I was over the moon to see the Eagles defeat the Patriots 41-33. My dad’s Eagles finally won! In 2023, I was bummed to see the Chiefs win over the Eagles 38-35. Tonight, I hope to see the Eagles take home their second #SuperBowl win! ?? #SuperBowlLVII I was born in NYC and raised in Virginia - but I still happily find an excuse to root for Philly sports when I can. ??Off Campus Partners and the Secrets of Sales Conference?? Spoiler alert: the secret is relationships. This week, our full CoStar Group sales team came together for our annual sales conference, centered around the theme: Relationships Build Success. And after a week of discussions, collaboration, and reflection, that message couldn’t feel more true. What stood out most to me is how deeply our entire company prioritizes relationships—both with our clients and with each other—recognizing that strong connections are the foundation of our success. It’s clear that our relationship-based approach works. The tenure within our team is impressive, with long-time employees continuing to speak with passion about the work we do. That kind of commitment doesn’t happen by chance—it’s a direct result of our leadership, clients, and teammates valuing relationships and recognizing their impact on success. And my OCP team?
