Recently, the crew at our Big Cliff Dam project was awarded the Planning and Prefab Winner of the quarter! Not only were they awarded a trophy and bragging rights, but were treated to a celebratory lunch. Congratulations to the entire team! We cant wait to see what new prefabrication ideas you come up with in the future. #OEGPowerOn

February is heart month so today we showed our support for National Wear Red Day by wearing red to raise awareness for heart health! Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, but together, we can help spread awareness and encourage heart-healthy habits. #OEGPowerOn #WearRed
