DO IT RIGHT AWARDS OE Construction Corp. has recognized employees with what we like to call “Do It Right Awards” for almost 18 years. These awards are in addition to the OE safety program and other recognition programs. This program is special because ANY employee in the company can nominate one or more employees for this special recognition (we process the awards every two months, all year long). When an employee is recognized with a “Do It Right Award,” everyone in the company knows and the employee benefits monetarily or in another way, depending on timing and other benchmarks. At a recent company gathering, we had FIVE employees (and one crew) recognized for their great ideas, great attitudes, great communication, and basically anything that helps the TEAM and the company. OE Construction Corp. is serious about our heavy #equipmentmaintenance.  Do you know all #equipment should be inspected DAILY for wear and tear, leaks, cracks, and many other potential issues?  OE performs #preventativemaintenance service on all #heavyequipment in the fleet every 250 hours, either in the field or at our shop. Keeping the equipment running efficiently and smoothly is the key to maintaining the life of the equipment. Plus, making sure there are no issues with equipment keeps the environment safe from spills, leaks, and other machine issues.  This is a shout-out to OE’s maintenance staff, great job guys! #Construction #OEConstruction #InnovativeConstruction

OE Construction Corp. has evaluated a number of AI-enabled tools this year for use in #Construction. From #Estimating, #ContractReview, #ProjectManagement, #DataAnalytics, and other business areas. We looked at tools and software that would give us a good #ROI from a stable and robust software partner as well as areas of the business that needed additional help to save us time, and money and make us better as a team.  Well, the vote is in, and after many months of review and analysis, OE chose a software tool called Document Crunch (https://lnkd.in/eP6hjMrx to provide us with better construction contract review and project management tools (essentially a Playbook of tools and options). OE Construction Corp. was proud to be a Sponsor and Exhibitor at the 2024 Transportation & Construction GIRL event at the #JeffersonCounty #Colorado Fairgrounds. Over 1,700 young women, along with their teachers, counselors, parents, and others from across the #FrontRange, attended. The event aimed to introduce young women to the world of #construction and the many incredible careers in the industry through hands-on exhibits and activities. OE reconnected with our past Construction Girl #DieselMechanic Intern, and OE’s #ChiefEstimator took charge (in her golf cart!) to help ensure the event and volunteers ran smoothly. The OE Team brought one of our heavy equipment desktop simulators and plenty of fun giveaways! What a day, what an event! OE Construction Corp. was proud to sponsor the Cornhole for the Soul event, which brought together over 200 attendees! A huge thank you to Associated General Contractors of Colorado for organizing such a meaningful event. Why is this important? The aim is to raise critical funds for suicide prevention training within our industry.
