Reporting to the Head of Integrated Care, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide psychological assessment, intervention, and support, as well as contributing to the evolution of our ground-breaking Welltree model. ????????????????? ? Odyssey Social Care were delighted to join #HR leaders, #recruitment executives and others involved in finding and nurturing the best talent at the Indeed headquarters in Dublin's Capital Dock on Thursday for Ireland's first ever Indeed #FutureWorks event. Opened by Indeed Vice President Conor McCarthy, the half-day series of keynotes and firesides produced lots of actionable insights and inspiring examples when it comes to attracting and retaining staff. Senior business leaders from Indeed and elsewhere shared valuable lessons and tips about topics such as calm and effective leadership at a time of constant change, corporate culture and employer branding, and worker wellbeing and diversity. Unsurprisingly, #GenAI was a major theme. The main takeaways were that artificial intelligence tools need to be embraced, and leveraging it to boost productivity will free up time to make work more human, not less. On that note, Indeed used #FutureWorks to unveil ‘Pathfinder’, an exciting new talent scout tool it’s aiming to launch in 2025. Watch this space! Between breakfast and lunch, attendees also had opportunities to network and visit the Employer Branding Hub and Smart Sourcing stands, at which Indeed partners Glassdoor offered sharp advice about meeting job market challenges. In a closing conversation about Inclusion issues, disability activist and writer Sinéad Burke (also founding CEO of consultancy Tilting The Lens) gave a cogent, witty and hugely thought-provoking appraisal of how organisations must up their DE&I game to ensure the jobs market is truly accessible to, and reflective of, people of all ABILITIES. Kudos to Joe Bailey (National Account Manager), Niall Morgan (Senior Relationship Manager) at Indeed and their team colleagues for putting on a terrific showcase, highlighting how the world’s top jobs platform – soon celebrating its 20th anniversary – is leading the way to fulfil its mission to ‘help people find jobs’. Credit too to the guest speakers, namely Lorna Conn CDir, Ronan Geraghty ?, Maeve McCleane; and the other Indeed host contributors, Derek Diviney, Siobhan O'Shea CDir, Jack Kennedy, Clíona Hayes (neé Hurson), Matt Burney, and Eavan Fallon, plus MCs Martine Prior and Eric Ryan. The fascinating perspectives gleaned across the morning will help inform Indeed client organisations’ planning and decision making around finding and keeping the best candidates in the context of shifting trends. One of the key messages was that matching jobseekers to meaningful careers is at the heart of an efficient, people-centred hiring approach – thereby developing happier employees and improving business performance.
