Katty joins Odyssey Search Partners after spending the first several years of her career in investment sales and distribution, most recently at Carta and previously at BlackRock. She graduated from Boston College, where she captained their Division I Volleyball team, and received a master’s degree from Pepperdine University, where she played a fifth year of beach volleyball and competed in the NCAA national championship. In her spare time, Katty enjoys running, booking last-minute weekend tee times with her fiancé, and spending time with her excessively large extended family. Welcome to the team, Katty!
