Today, we welcome not one, but two fantastic new team members to Odevo! ? Please join us in welcoming Alice Praz as Group Privacy Counsel and Artemis Rahimian as Group Legal Counsel. ? Alice will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new privacy processes and enhancing Odevo’s existing privacy practices to ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations. She joins us from Acast, where she worked as Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Tech Counsel, bringing valuable expertise in privacy and data protection. ? Artemis joins us as Group Legal Counsel, where she will focus on managing legal workstreams in M&A transactions and other corporate law matters. She previously worked at Cederquist, a Swedish law firm, specializing in M&A and Private Equity, and also completed a secondment at Nordic Capital, further deepening her expertise in corporate law. ?
