关于我们

ODESI (Organizational Development through Employing Strategic Initiatives) is a multidisciplinary research group at the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business. Led by Ph.D. candidate, Elizabeth Trinh, the ODESI group consists of both undergraduate and graduate students who seek to apply their research expertise to solve real-world challenges across a wide array of industries. The ODESI group has partnered with organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors ranging in size from a few dozen employees to 70,000+. During each collaboration, our team works closely with executive teams and ground-level employees ensuring that we fully understand the complexities of the challenges we are attempting to solve. Our team has worked with organizations to boost employee retention, improve organizational performance, and contribute to a growing body of literature on creating and cultivating meaning in the workplace. As we are an entirely student-led organization, all our services are offered to our partner organizations at no cost. In addition, our partners remain anonymous and proprietary information is treated as confidential. At the end of each collaboration, we provide our partners with detailed reports of our findings and recommendations for future developments. If you would like to partner with the ODESI group on our next initiative, please send us a message on LinkedIn, reach out via email, or fill out the google form on our website. We would love to work with you!

  • Earlier last week, on Oct 30, ODESI Lab members visited UMMA’s Civic Engagement Hub/Voting Hub! We explored ways to boost community engagement and strengthen civic involvement on campus. ??? Key Voting Info for Students: Same-Day Registration: Available at both UMMA and the Dude through Election Day. Early Voting: Students can vote early at UMMA and the Dude. Election Day: If you're already registered in Ann Arbor, head to your specific polling location to cast your vote. Only go to the hubs on Election Day if you need to register or update your registration. Let's spread the word and make sure everyone’s voice is heard this election season!
