We’ve had the privilege of working on many meaningful projects at ODA studio and the transformation of KCI Construction Company's new corporate office is one we’re genuinely proud to have been part of. Amid strong competition, we're honored that KCI entrusted ODA Studio to bring their vision to life. Leading this project from concept to completion, the design team collaborated closely with the client and partners to reimagine a space originally designed for a different industry, transforming it into one that truly reflects KCI’s identity, values, and legacy. The design integrates unique elements like concrete forms and rebar, and project graphics highlighting KCI’s history and diverse project portfolio. From the initial concept to finished interior design, we delivered a workplace that supports their team with functional workspaces, including training and board rooms, fitness area, and breakout spaces. The redesigned men’s and women’s space offers a fresh new layout, cutting-edge infrared saunas, steam rooms, showers, and modern lighting.
