Are conversations around you getting intense? With the U.S. Presidential Election less than three weeks away and so much going on the world, it can be tough to have civil conversations. A recent report by Independent Sector and United for ALICE reveals a troubling reality: over 20% of nonprofit workers in the U.S. struggle to afford basic living expenses. This issue is even more pronounced among workers of color, women, and people with disabilities.
