Favour’s journey includes an MSc in Project Management from Clermont School of Business and an LLB in Business Law from Coventry University. Growing up in Nigeria, with time spent in the UK, the Netherlands, and France, her diverse cultural experiences have shaped her academic and professional path. These experiences, combined with her dedication to empowering marginalized communities, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration across sectors, highlight her broad perspective. From amplifying student voices as a university representative to developing innovative social enterprise projects tackling gender equity, Favour’s passion for meaningful change is evident. Most recently, her work with nonprofits like @PeriodReality has deepened her commitment to driving initiatives that create lasting impact. Outside of work, Favour’s love for books shines. She dreams of creating a community library where children can discover the magic of reading and let their imaginations soar—a vision that perfectly complements her passion for education and equity. Musicians play a pivotal role in positively impactful change and connection, using their art to amplify voices, inspire movements, and challenge the status quo. Each month on OC365, and during our in-person global gatherings, music and art play critical roles in connecting us to each other, nature, local communities and cultures around the world. The Musician for Justice Award is for change agents who wish to grow and collaborate within a global community of leaders working to alleviate poverty and injustice.
