J.S. Held Chief Executive Officer Jon Held proudly announced today that he will transition to Executive Chairman of the Board, effective April 1, 2025. This transition is part of a planned succession that Jon has led, with President & COO Lee Spirer appointed to become President & CEO. “When we recruited Lee to join J.S.
