This initiative will empower low- and moderate-income households to make the switch to cost-saving, all-electric homes—advancing our vision for a greener, more equitable Orange County. OC Goes Solar, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making solar energy more accessible, is partnering with the City of Irvine for the 2025 Solarize Irvine program—a community-led initiative that helps homeowners go solar with pre-vetted installers and group discounts. We’re looking for volunteers to help select the solar companies for this year’s program! ?? It was a remarkable event that brought together community members passionate about sustainable energy solutions for their homes.
