?? **Job Opportunity: SME Computer User Support Specialist** ?? Join the OBXtek team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Fort Randall Dam office in Pickstown, South Dakota! This is an *on-site* role with occasional travel. As a Computer User Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering 24/7/365 IT support to USACE end users across 1650 locations, both CONUS and OCONUS. You’ll manage and maintain over 40,000 devices, including laptops, tablets, VOIP devices, and more, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution. You’ll handle full asset lifecycle management, from acquisition to disposition, and provide desk-side technical support for more complex problems that go beyond Tier 1/2 capabilities. Additionally, you'll be involved in supporting USACE COOP activities and facilitating training for new technology deployment. To qualify, you must have an active SECRET Clearance. Education requirements include AA/AS with 9+ years of experience, BA/BS with 7+ years, or MA/MS with 5+ years. A DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification is required (Level II preferred), and you should have experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and using ticketing systems to track and resolve user issues.
