ObservSMART is an easy-to-use, proximity-based monitoring system that was designed by and for behavioral health staff. In leveraging Bluetooth-enabled technology, the ObservSMART system improves the efficiency of patient safety with tamper-resistant wearables. The fully-customizable proprietary system ensures 1:1 observation adherence while accommodating workflow and improving communication among staff. ObservSMART provides real-time alerts, including patient risk and acuity flags, to supervisory staff in the event of a safety concern or missed rounds. Hospitals that are using ObservSMART are experiencing significant improvements in compliance, patient safety, and overall quality of care.
