?? ?? This week the whole O'Brien team came together at Colonial Country Club to celebrate the many achievements and goals met in 2024! ???? ?? ?? We were able to reward thirteen (13) of our team members who achieved their Stretch Goals (110%) for 2024 so they and a guest will be packing their bags for an incredible company sponsored trip this Sept!????? ?? In addition, we were able to recognize several other team members for their incredible growth year over year, and consistent behaviors exemplifying our core values as well as passion to "Value People. Value Property" during our awards ceremony. ?? Congratulations to Erick F. Andrade for receiving our O’Brien Award for 2024!! ?(Extra special since this MVP award is voted on by the entire team.) ?? ?? ?? We then all headed to Maple Branch Craft Brewery to fellowship and also play some trivia!?While we did not all know what M&M color is the rarest (brown), we do all know how great our team is! The future is bright, and we are excited to see all that is in store for our O'Brien family in 2025! ?? ??

We are proud to announce that Zach Hubert has joined the O'Brien team as an Analyst! After 2 summers working alongside us as an intern while he finished his degree, the team is so excited to have Zach join us full time! We know he has a bright future here, and we look forward to continueing to watch him Value People. Value Property.

The O'Brien team is celebrating Ciara Brown as she has become our newest Certified General Appraiser! Since joining our firm, Ciara has worked diligently to balance learning appraisal in both practice and through her coursework. Her efforts culminated in her passing the exam and earning her license! Way to go Ciara! ?? ?? ?? Also, 8 days after she passed her exam, Ciara delivered her beautiful daughter! What a way to end 2024 and start a new year! ??
