Obra Real Estate (“ORE”) recently closed a refinance and renovation loan for a 3,655 square foot, 5-bedroom and 4.5-bathroom penthouse located in a luxury condominium tower in Chicago, IL. The sponsor, an existing relationship of ORE, sought ORE’s financing due to ORE’s local presence and certainty and efficiency of execution. ORE’s loan structure allows the sponsor to complete the renovations and market and sell the asset.
