As technology continues to advance, many older adults are still unable to access digital resources due to income and language barriers. With funding from County of Santa Clara and in partnership with AACI (Asian Americans for Community Involvement), OATS has provided digital literacy training in multiple languages to over 1,800 low-income seniors in Santa Clara County, bridging the digital divide for underserved communities.
