Meet Julie Reese! Julie has been with us for 3 years and is the Retail Manager at our Mountain Grove branch. When asked what her favorite part is about working at OakStar, she said, "I love building relationships with the customers. Being able to assist them with their financial needs. I enjoy getting to know them on a personal level, and hearing all about the things that are important to them." Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her grandkids. "Any chance I get to make memories with them is special to me. I love being outside. Spending time going on walks, going to the lake, I also love the beach. Spending time in my pool and making memories with my family and friends." We're grateful for all Julie does for her branch and the community of Mountain Grove!

We are pleased to announce that Mike O'Neill, a seasoned mortgage lender with 30 years of industry experience, has been appointed as the Director of Mortgage Banking at OakStar. Mike works at our Kansas City Mortgage Office and has been an integral part of our team for the past 14 years. Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing and spending summers at his family's lake house near Warsaw, MO, with his wife and four children. When asked about his new role, Mike expressed his enthusiasm for bringing renewed energy and excitement to our mortgage division. Congratulations, Mike!

Meet Drew Legan! Drew has been with us for 4 1/2 years, and is a Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at our Bolivar, MO location. His favorite part about working at OakStar is the culture. Drew said, "OakStar is truly like a family. When you enjoy your job and the people you work with, it makes you want to do your best and you can hold each other accountable." In his free time, Drew works on his family's beef cattle operation, hunts, fishes, and coaches his kids in sports. "My kids love to help us on the farm, and it makes it enjoyable to teach them life lessons too." Drew is a valuable asset, and we are so thankful to have him on our team.
