We are proud to announce the launch of the Oakland XChange (OXC) initiative, inspired by the vision and commitment of Jason Kidd and Jaylen Brown to reduce the racial wealth gap in underserved communities. The Oakland XChange (OXC) is powered by Oakstop and dedicated to fostering innovation and cultural diversity, empowering underrepresented creators and entrepreneurs to thrive. This place based strategy is designed to be scalable and repeatable to cities across the country with the goal of uplifting local organizations on the ground that are already working to improve economic conditions for our communities. Beginning in Boston with the Boston XChange, Jaylen's vision of bringing "Black Wall Street" to cities across the country is more than just an idea; it's a call to action to address the stark racial wealth gap and create opportunities for economic empowerment.
