Dear Colleagues, We wanted to let you know about changes in our practice at Oakland DBT & Mindfulness Center. We have been offering DBT programs (individual therapy, skills classes) for young adults, adults, families and parents for over 11 years. We are expanding our work to offer Ketamine Assisted-Therapy (KAP) and we have revamped our website to reflect the range of services and styles of treatment we offer.?Take a look! Our therapists have been trained in other modalities beyond DBT.? This varies from Psychodynamic, Somatic, Family Systems and experiential therapies as well as creative approaches to treatment including expressive arts for adults and adolescents. We are expanding our work to offer Ketamine Assisted-Therapy (KAP) and we have revamped our website to reflect the range of services and styles of treatment we offer.? Take a look! .
