Liner most recently served on the Board of Directors of CECO Environmental Corporation (NASDAQ: CECO), where he chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee and participated in the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, Mr. Liner was General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP), where he played a key role in executing an acquisition strategy that involved over $5 billion in assets and more than 40 businesses. His career also includes leadership as a corporate partner at Dykema Gossett, where he established the firm’s China practice, and as Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Metaldyne Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for over 200 mergers and acquisitions in the legal department of Masco Corporation, a global manufacturer and S&P 500 constituent.
