Previously, Mr. Liner was General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP), where he played a key role in executing an acquisition strategy that involved over $5 billion in assets and more than 40 businesses.
