What is Oak Hill Management?
Launched in 2008 and based in Raleigh, Oak Hill Management ("OHM") is our own in-house management company overseeing leasing, development, acquisitions, and management of our commercial real estate properties. We currently have a team of approximately 30 staff members, with 3MM square feet of assets under management.
A Day in the Life of an OHM Employee
