We’re proud to share a recent project we had the privilege of working on at Crank Arm Brewery's NEW Durham, NC location! We knew this was going to be a project filled with creative challenges, craftsmanship, and a true love for beer and design. From the ground up, we worked tirelessly to design and fabricate custom wood and metal elements that would elevate the brewery’s unique vibe. Every piece was carefully thought out—from the industrial elements using reclaimed wood and custom metal accents reflecting the brewery’s personality. We also incorporated functional, yet beautiful, details in the bar top, shelving, and tables, ensuring that every corner of the space offered both form and function. We’re so excited to see people enjoying this beautiful new space, and we’re proud to have contributed to what’s sure to be an iconic spot in Durham. We’re excited to share a recent project just completed for?Capitol Broadcasting Company—a perfect example of how Oak City Customs turns ideas into functional works of art. For their conference room, we designed and built a?20' long table?with an epoxy inlay logo, combining craftsmanship and branding in one bold centerpiece. But the showstopper? A stand-alone?high-top table shaped like North Carolina. Not only does it replicate the?state’s topography—from the coast to the mountains—but it also features a?blue epoxy inlay logo floating in clear epoxy, creating a 3D effect. Both tables were gift-wrapped and unveiled to showcase at the weekly company meeting. We’re honored to have been part of creating these unique pieces for a company that values innovation and storytelling as much as we do! ??
