This cabin was purchased as a retreat for their family, not too far from the Twin Cities. They wanted it to be a space where they could gather, spend time together, enjoy the recreation of the lake, and cook as a family. The original design was encumbered by narrow hallways and unnecessary doorways, but a thoughtful reconfiguration of the floor plan unlocked its full potential.

The Twin Cities Parade of Homes? and Remodelers Showcase is your opportunity to tour our Lyndale Mediterranean remodel. This home was transformed by reconfiguring the floor plan to eliminate wasted space. A large bearing wall was opened to create a spacious kitchen, ideal for family cooking and entertaining. Upstairs, a stylish bonus vanity was added to the primary suite, blending personality and storage to complement the single bathroom. The result is a functional, inviting home.
