We’re excited to share that construction of King County Metro Transit's Eastlake Layover Facility (ELF) is complete! This facility is a significant step forward in enhancing our region's transit infrastructure. Key features include: ? 11 dedicated bus parking spaces (six off-street, five on-street) ? Improved pedestrian crossings and dedicated bike lanes ? A shared-use path for walkers, bikers, and rollers These upgrades not only streamline transit operations but also enhance the commuting experience in South Lake Union. The first phase of UW Medicine Valley Medical Center’s new $60M Cancer Center is complete! ? This 18,250-square-foot space on the hospital’s 33-acre campus features a 41-bay infusion center, private rooms, an infusion pharmacy, symptom management services, and the Trapper and Samantha Wellbeing Resource Center —all designed for compassionate, integrated care. ?
